If you can’t afford to feed it the right diet, pay for wellness vet visits, and either pay for pet health insurance or be able to cash flow emergency procedures, I’d say none of the breeds are right for you. If you can afford to be a responsible pet lover choose anyone of them based on your lifestyle. Check into pet rescue programs too, they’ll often help you with advice after adoption.
@Wits-end you're right, I'll keep that in mind.

I've a dog who's a Puggle which is a Pug and Beagle crossbreed. Pugs are lazy and not so active dogs. So if you want a dog with low maintenance and isn't extremely energetic, I recommend you to immediately adopt a Puggle.
My favorite dog breeds are Samoyed (Siatella), Golden Retriever (Shampoo) and German Shepherd.

I have one mixed with beagle....a beagle bulldog ...has been the best dog I ever had. A long time ago I had a German shepherd husky mix...that was a great dog as well but it shed constantly
