Exactly. The primitive chicken made its final change into a modern chicken through, what? AN EGG?!?! Shocker. It was the egg that was first.

CHICKEN🐔

My opinion won't change Anyway

What egg did said modern chicken come out of? A modern chicken egg. Not a primitive chicken egg, otherwise it would be a primitive chicken.

I put loads of words into AI and got it to make a short explanation to put my explanation into better words:

The question of whether the chicken or the egg came first is often resolved by recognizing that the egg precedes the chicken. The chicken hatched from an egg, meaning the egg existed before the chicken. This scenario parallels the idea of humans being born from mothers; one cannot exist before the process of reproduction. Therefore, since the chicken emerges from an egg, the egg is logically the initial entity in this cycle, making it the correct answer.

Despite it being A.I. , it's actually almost perfect. The human analogy is questionable, but it works.

#32 should help everyone understand my point of view.

#33 Thank you.

No because imo I think that chicken are evolved from some other species, so there was already another chicken to make the first egg

Baby y right

The species it evolved from was a primitive egg-laying animal, similar to a chicken. Thus, #27. It did evolve from primitive animals, it was just through reproductive evolution from an egg. it's the common denomination here.

Pasta_Fobby

Well, that one species before must be evolved from another species... And the other species evolved again... And we go on like this until we reach one who doesn't us eggs

#36 The chicken egg came first because evolution occurs over generations. Chickens evolved from ancestral birds that were not quite chickens but shared DNA with dinosaurs. Two of these pre-chicken creatures would have mated and laid an egg containing the first true chicken, meaning the egg predates the modern chicken.

It all evolved from a primordial bird. It was not yet classified as a chicken. Then, DNA mutation, and, voila, modern chicken, in an EGG.

Even Baby agrees with me! (*^3^)/~☆
