what can I do for punish player who talk rude to me

Today 1 man talk very rude to me during game , and I dint know how to punish him as he act like nobody can’t do anything , i still can’t believe that the person like Thai can play such intellectual game

You can't punish anybody, only mods can. All you can do is report and block offensive people.
We can try to go and track that person down, and abuse him by messaging him nonstop
yes, mute the chat will be the best thing to handle the situation
Secondly, you can report the abusive comment with the Report Button
