What do you think of mee

With all the ongoing self serving topics, noodles are feeling unappreciated and insecure too. Especially Asian noodles, best served hot. They need love and attention too.

So please tell us, What do you think of mee aka mi aka mie?

No spamming because some of these noodles are halal.

Tastes delicious too. The begedil on the top can be amazing.  The gravy is thick and slightly tangy from the squeezed lime.  Crunchy green chili for spice.

But it would get cold and soggy.  Also it probably won't make it past customs.  You need to eat it fresh and hot.

Then there is the standard mee goreng everybody loves.

unfortunately it's mostly coloring.  but they do make it spicy with minced mutton, eggs and more.
