SleepyShell somehow got muted, if u chat with her, u mite have noticed that ur message box also vanished. Here is the answer: when u don’t have internet on chess.com it logs u off. She told me that when she did that and tried to log back on, everything somehow broke and when she tried to write or play chess it would freeze. Also, she told me that soon she will be back with a new account that will probably work.

If u r her chess friend or message her on chess.com, hope this helps u figure out why it all happened. ( I also was a bit confused when it happened, so i emailed her on her real email and found out )
