What happens after daeth?

The Hall of Infamy has a special place for it, don't you worry.
A thread may die in many ways, but we all know that every thread must come to an end. Some are whisked away by those with sufficient power to do so, some are simply forgotten.
My question is, does an afterlife exist for dead threads? If so, what might it look like?
