30 feet is fine - at your age, I jumped off a pier that was about 40-50 feet and fortunately, I landed on soft sand and swam back to shore. However, it was stu_id and I could've been arrested. P.S. I got in trouble here once for saying "stu_id, even though I was only talking about a song.

Another item on my bucket list is to get my puzzles score up to 3,000. I THINK it's doable but it WILL probably take the rest of my life to achieve!

Those are all very doable. Being a Youtuber is a very achievable goal. Just have a specific point of view and talk about or do things your peers would be interested in watching and commenting on.
If I were your age again, I would DEFINITELY try it.
