When I moved out I had a hard time with my food because I'd never learned to cook anything... I have some funny stories related to my early attempts grin.png

When my brother tried going to a gym for the first time in his 20s, he found it odd how his joints hurt... I told him if you're not using the proper form you don't build as much muscle and can even hurt yourself. He had no idea.

Luckily I had some help with basic knowledge on finances... but yeah, imagine a young adult who doesn't know how bank accounts or credit or etc work. It'd be rough, and they might get taken advantage of.

I completely agree. I think we should do something like it. K-12 schools should most definitely include philosophy, especially epistemology. The IB program recognizes this and requires you to take a class called “Theory of Knowledge”.
