What kind of cheese? Cheddar is delightful, and every time someone mentions American cheese I keep thinking that America can certainly do better.

I was thinking more like lobster and steak. You know the joint.

Better than processed?

How can American processed cheese be bested? At less than half the price of real cheese, how can you resist?
