What would be classified as a newgen?

I would say… anyone who has been here less than a year. Though you could argue that it could be more.
If I joined OTF in 2023, am I a veteran? Still a newgen? Or in the middle?
When I ask this, I'm referring to OTF specifically.
What makes somebody a newgen, and what makes somebody a veteran? If someone leaves and comes back after a while, are they a newgen? If someone is rarely online, are they a newgen?
