It'd be antiquabellaphobia or medievalwarphobia, you can't just have "medieval" be english and "bellum" be latin. And "ancient" is the closest meaning to "medieval," I believe. Also, the latin words in phobias often have a vowel attached to the end of it to make it sound better.
