Either 1 or 5, but usually my coffee is 1, but my chess club has a coffee maker with creamer packets and then it looks like a 5.

It's only bitter if you don't add sugar. The bitterness isn't only what you add, but also the type of coffee which you brew.

As for teeth, they should be white regardless of how you prepare your coffee, but drinking a lot of coffee (or carbonated drinks like soda) can lead to staining of your teeth. That's true for all similar drinks though and how dark the coffee is doesn't really matter much I think.

I knew that, but none of my art is made with coffee. I drink coffee to make art if that counts
