The OKC Thunder look like the clear front runners, especially after how effortless they made the first round sweep look. Personally, I’m surprised that the Pistons came back from their 3-1 deficit to win the first round. I am also surprised that Jayson Tatum and the Celtics didn’t clinch game 7 in Boston on May 2nd. I have the Pistons winning the Eastern Conference Finals if they beat the Cavaliers and (unfortunately) the Thunder winning the Western Conference Finals against the Spurs. Maybe we see a game 7 in OKC, but even as a Spurs fan, I have to admit that that team is functioning at or near the highest level right now.

The Spurs just need to get in a groove to win this first game. They need to find shots in the paint when Rudy Gobert is on the bench at least.

Yeah, that was a very close series in a lot of ways, but I couldn’t tell you specifically why because I didn’t actually watch the games and instead just checked the box score lololol
