I've been on chess.com forever! Haven't been very active until quite recently, yeah. Although I might be on the candidates to be a candidate list, I don't see myself getting any further! Also, post 11 might not have been visible when you posted :)

no, I was asking why I was on the list because I saw my name there and didn't know why. In my later comment, I said that although i was here for a while, i havent been very active, and then got my name off the list...

well, I'm not that unknown, especially in the sort of groups that chessdex and I are in, and my scores/ratings/points aren't that low. I still don't think I should be on the list though. Besides, it's a candidates for candidates (I think) list, and anyone can nominate anyone, doesn't mean they will be voted for at all, and chessdex was just being nice :)

You are voting only for who to go to the poll, so if you see the most famous person being voted the most and they are already in, then you are advised to vote for a person who is close and a contender who might not have as many votes.
