I sterted loosing interest in the NHL after the 12-13 lockout. Especially after B.S. changes to the ice. Narowing the nutritional zone and restricting the goalie to that stupid little trapezoid. Now I'm mostly interested in WHL and NCAA.

They should give the cup back to Stanley. Bunch of thieves...

It’s both men and women’s. I really find it interesting (to say the least) that women can play sports that boys can too, but men can’t, like softball and field hockey for an example. At my school, there are so many only girls sports but not a single only boys sports. Like bruh, what happened to title nine for boys. For y’all who don’t know, in the US, it states that all schools must put equal funding into all extra curricular sports. That happens for women, but not for men. The schools put so much more funding in girl sports. It’s also not just for sports. They had a girls only code club, but no boys code club, and my male friend really wanted to learn how to python code. Idk, it’s just a thought, but I do find it wired. But I also do realize how girls have it much worse then men, too.

I guess it's a North America concept. Canadia is credited with developing it. Its origins are obscure. We picked it up and now Russia and various other countries play in the Olympics. Basketball was invented by a Gym Teacher when it was raining and they were stuck in the gym. Curling is something that we laugh at and would seem to be a Scandinavian game adopted in Canada(?) and other northern countries(?). I guess each game has its local adherents and only a few get spread widely. Played Bocci one time. It is cool, and very simple equipment needed.

There are a lot of ways to learn coding. Tell your friend to get a book. I need to learn Python. Pretty sure I downloaded a Dummies Guide for free. You can program Raspberry Pi's, the cheapest hobby computers, and do coding for robotics. It's the best for doing the Lego Robots, which is the cheapest system to learn something about robotics. If I had an extra $10k I would have all sorts of little robots crawling all over my house, like this guy who programs insect behavior into his and lets them loose. LOL Coding is just another language to learn. "If you come within ten inches of an obstacle, stop, scan left and right 90 degrees and proceed in the direction that has the least obstacles." Don't ask me to translate it into code.
