Why Asians are so identical?

Why it is difficult to distinguish between them? Why are they so identical? Generally they have small eyes but their anime characters have way bigger eyes?

Koreans, Chinese, Philippines, Japanese, Myanmar, Vietnamese, some parts of India, and other asian countries, Have this issue.

No Northeastern part of India is under China's control. The state of Arunachal Pradesh is the only disputed territory there, and it has always been under the Republic Of India.

And I believe the IAF still uses its airbases near Tawang, I'll have to check that tho.
