Come on !!.. everyone is different in their one way ... Some used to hate me before talk me back but I didn't say anything so they kept an doing it...
But now I've changed now I raise my voice without any fear and all eyes are at me I don't care if they r bad/good looks ...

Not everybody hates you, regardless of who you are. Some are more well-liked than others, of course, but if you haven't done anything wrong or greet people aggressively, I don't see why they would hate you. Generally, it's people that come off as friendly that are more well-liked, but it is usually out of some form of spite that someone does not, or they just appear more unfriendly and do not actually hate you.
