Why does FOX have such a "right wing" reputation?

This speaks volumes.  Let the people decide for themselves.

I like how they play musical chairs. Greta Van Susteren from CNN to FOX. Rita Crosby, Heraldo Riverra. John Stollel is from ABC. CBS has some kind of controversy with a female journalist. I need more info to comment on that. I hate what NBC has done with "Today" show. The logistics when Al Roker does the weather. Everyone has to look left and crossover. Its just messy as hell. Bill Hemmer from CNN is at FOX now. My mom loved Peter Jennings. We don't hear much from Ted Coppel these days, or Lou Dobbs. Johnny said Dan Rather at CBS in post 1.  WAKE UP JOHNNY; Scoot Peley has that assignment now. I allways liked Keith Olberman. "YOU ARE TODAY'S WORST CHESS PLAYER IN THE WORLD. Rachel Maddow does a good job setting up a story. What happened to Daryn Kaggan from CNN??  The women are attractive. Brenda Butner from FOX. There is a book, I think its called, "The TV Wars". I haven't read it yet. It goes into it, in-dept, across the board. Mourning shows, talk shows, late night comedy.

Rachel Maddow got her start on the radio in Northampton, Mass.  That's my favorite town in the US!

Yes, she sets it up way over at the left edge of the table and then moves the table underneath it.

She lives in Williamstown, which is just north of the VA on Rt 9. She's a queen, goddest, diva at Smith College. Bill Cosby lives in Shelburn Falls too. I live in beautiful downtown Holyoke Ma, where there are 114 ALLEYS, and I have urinated in ALL of them.  You won't find THAT on FOX news.   (noise)  This is a FOX news ALERT!  Ron Cote has been seen running down alley 47 with no pants on. Do not approach him. This chess player is considered armed and extremely crazy.  And now for the weather by Dousey.

Hey Johnny, do me a favor. Ask Trysts, in her movie thread, if she has seen, "A game of Pawns"??  Its a 30 min documentary about a college student from Michigan. He thought he could spy for the Chinese. It didn't work. I would, but she blocked me.

The answer to the thread OP is really quite simple:

Because they don't tow the left-wing media line that all the other networks do. That in and of itself makes them a target for the left to attack, even though Fox regularly brings on left-wingers for debate. That's not enough though if you don't support the left-wing cause. It makes you an "enemy" that should constantly be made fun of and attacked.

Now for a long while I considered myself a conservative, but there kept being certain issues with both the right and the left I didn't agree with. Since then, I've aligned msyelf with the libertarian (not to be confused with liberal) philosophy, which means I tend to agree with John Stossel's commentary.

No, it's not so simple, young man.You have an ideology that has been supported by the media you choose to view and/or, read. Fox "personalities" have been shown many times to not know anything about what the truth is. They often go with the talking points of the day. And it's all dictated by Ailes.

I hope you will allow yourself to be more open minded in the future. This book will be an eye opener for you. http://www.npr.org/2014/01/16/263063731/book-chronicles-the-building-of-roger-ailes-fox-news-empire.

The book details how Fox has a reputation.

Of course she is.  The universities and the media are one seamless Leftist indoctrination system.

There's a reason that Mr. Cote referenced Smith College and not any of the other colleges in that area.  You just have to know, brah, and not assume.

In any case, Julie Nixon (President Nixon's daughter) went to Smith in the late 60's.  Sylvia Plath went there as well in the early 50's.

What I meant by that comment was, a couple of years ago she was asked to give a speech for the graduates of Smith college. It just seemd like they all went ga-ga when they heard. Rachel is coming, Rachel is coming. We have to clean the town, OMG, Make room for Rachel so we can kiss the ground she walks on. She may have graduated from Smith. A few other famous people when to Amherst college, and Ken Burns when to Hampshire college.

Maddow went to Stanford.

Wrong, John.

Stanford went to Maddow.

I think John meant for those that aren't familiar; Smith college is an all girls college, and Northampton has a colorful gay and bi-sexual population, and Rachel is gay.
