Debate about being vegan/vegetarian here

Vegans dont have animal product. Now if fossil fuels really are from fossils, which is controversial, that's an animal product, so they can't use fuel. They can't even use electric cars, because a lot of the energy for those come from coal.

No animal product means no plants either, as those are grown from the fertilizer made with dead animal remains, so really, vegans can’t eat anything, but they still do, effectively proving that they just claim to be vegan, while choosing what they are ‘allowed’ to eat

Control yourself. And not wanting animals to be abused horrifically or killed in factory farms is kind of sound thinking. Sorry if I sound like a musty, crusty, rusty, dusty, stupid, “acoustic” pain in the bum that no one gives a dam about for that, but not actually.

They don't have to be mistreated to be turned into meat in the first place.

Human labor is too, but that is still going on
Peskybird1234
If is gonna bring up ethics, than ya gotta be really dam ready to defend and prove your statement
Peskybird1234
So ur saying moral abuse on terrible conditions is fine, but animal abuse on terrible conditions isn’t?
Peskybird1234
That don’t exactly check out
Peskybird1234
I know exactly what I mean
Peskybird1234

#4 so you hate me, cutest? 🥲

Peskybird1234
How is ‘human labor’ purely intentional work?
Back in the 1800s, slaves would have to do work they didn’t intend to do, but it was still considered human labor
Peskybird1234
Why do you feel bad whenever you consume meat?
Peskybird1234
It’s not that bad
IndoNormPlayer924

#39 wait a second, there's a thread about no context comment, right?

Peskybird1234
That’s like saying ai feels bad every time they steal someone’s job
IndoNormPlayer924

Where is it? I've forgot it

Peskybird1234
What’s to say that ‘exploitation of work’ won’t be considered as something else in 100 years time?
Peskybird1234
Just going off of perspective on how one word is considered isn’t a solid argument
