The population has doubled in my lifetime- I was born in 1973 - birth control needs to be a priority for a lot of countries

It's good they don't report when it's 7,999,999 so people can manually delay the increase until, say, it's their birthday.
But we need to collectively stop producing kids. 3 Billion is a good number for this planet.
