As someone who likes to pack heavy (e.g. I will bring two chess clocks and two sets of pieces), I mostly travel by train.
I've been to the USA, Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, all over my home country Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czechia, and UAE.
My favorite country is the Netherlands. They have an excellent train system, and cities are very walkable. Loved twitchCon Rotterdam and Amsterdam. The chess museum in Amsterdam is definitely worth a a visit.

Its harder to remember how to write the characters ig… and they adopted some Chinese words which makes it more confusing, cuz they changed the pronounciation T^T
