You can open it directly on a proxy ( I recommend Ghost proxy), but if it is not working open DuckDuckGo on the Ghost proxy and go from there.

No it now works again just do this: For the email just put: google@ Type the text you hear or see and then click next. Go to sign in options, and click 'Sign in with GitHub Personal accounts only'. Scroll down and click terms. You'll go to GitHub Docs if I'm correct. Scroll all the way down and click Blog. You'll go to the Blog. Scroll all the way down again and click the YouTube button near the bottom right. Click that and you'll go to YouTube. Click the hamburger icon/menu icon or whatever you call it. The icon with the three lines on the top left. Scroll all the way down and click on developers. Scroll all the way down again and you'll see Google for Developers on the bottom left, click on it. You should be at Google for Developers. You'll see Start Building Today. Under it there's Chrome. Click on it. At chrome for developers, scroll all the way down and click on chromium updates. It's below Related content if you can't find it. Final step, scroll all the way down and on the bottom left, click the grey coloured Google. Congrats, you're finally finished! NOTE: Do REMEMBER NOT to refresh the page. Or you'll have to repeat everything all over again. If I'm not wrong you can't play roblox.

it still works replace data: with data://
Guys I found out how to play Roblox on the Chromebook. It is not the best way possible but you are able to play with not much lag, you also need a good WiFi connection. First go to h t t p s : / / c a m p s i t e . b i o (delete spaces), and go to ghost proxy, then just open on it e a s y f u n . g g ( delete spaces ), open Roblox and put in the lowest video quality (it is not bad you can still play normal), and done you can now access Roblox with not much lag.
