Work Systems Theory and the Principles of Inseparability, which are core tenets of good design, involve users as the primary focus during development - not only in the design stages, but also after the system is launched. Users evolve the system, not the designers, because users are the people who actually utilize the system.
Chess.com has never heard of these theories, obviously, and although they may pat themselves on the back for being an AGILE workplace (maybe), AGILE without Work Systems Design isn't worth the parchment that manifesto was scribbled on when a few guys decided to take credit for a development approach that they didn't invent and which had been in use at 10 years before they ever trekked to that cabin in the middle of nowhere.
I think, the endgame is talking about Mr. RJC.
I didn't mention any names...ha, ha
Lol...It's pretty clear enough. RJC has been here 8 years. He has played exactly 149 games just as you mentioned. Who else could it be? 🤷
Pretty sure Colby's thread is more suited to you than it is to me. You're both in need of therapy....
My mother will certainly agree with that.

Hundreds of thousands of members actively using the site. The site has a beta group where they bring out new features for testing and feedback. They have a feedback forum and get tickets about feedback and suggestions.
With a diverse audience, the site will never be able to tick all the boxes and will never satisfy all wants and needs. They take feedback and modify things; maybe not as much as some members may want but if they make too many bad decisions that will be reflected in the membership and premium numbers which will influence decisions.
@theendgame3 Extended personal attacks are not okay in the public forums. Please do not post any more comments along these lines.
@the_chess_zebra While you've done some great things, you've also got a habit of abandoning games and making your opponents wait instead of resigning; you were reported enough times for this sort of behaviour that you received a temporary sanction, and we've got a few more reports for the same thing. Please stop doing this, or your next sanction will be a stronger one.

Really? Why?
I'm one of the few people who actually takes the time to give nearly every opponent a thumbs-up and "good game".
I have sent numerous bug reports to chess over the years and providing painstaking detail, along with screen shots.
I often give a player a "draw" when they're a newbie and haven't won many games.
I participate in the forums occassionally and try to post some funny photos when threads are heading into a downward spiral.
Occassionally, I use Google Translate when a chatty player comes along who doesn't speak English. Try playing chess and running a translator to carry on a conversation. It ain't easy!
I've been a member of chess.com for many years and now I can't comment - not even on my own profile?
This is very disturbing.
Has anyone else been afflicted with this?
