Mine in order:
Super Mario
Mega Man
Sonic The Hedgehog
I play Super Mario every morning. It gives me that jolt of excitement, but doesn't take up much of my time. It sort of reminds me of the old arcade days.
I enjoy a good RPG every now and again, and Fallout is one of the best. To avoid binging, I try taking the one-quest-per-session approach.
They used to have Assassin's Creed on the old Nokias, that was quite cool. Prince Of Persia on PC was quite nice too.
Never played a single game from this list but I think that I'd pick Pokémon, Ratchet & Clank and GTA.

Because it depends on what I’m going for.
I can choose in a nostalgic way and go for the classics fun games. Like Spyro and Super Mario, Donkey Kong.
Or I can choose the games I enjoyed the most the last couple of years . ( the 3 games I picked earlier.)
Or if I want to slash things : God of war and Mortal Combat.
Or I can pick a mix of those.
It all depends on the mood I have on that day.
