Yes, pickaxe, then enchant table, then sword maybe, then armor, and only make a jukebox if you have a spare diamond and just want to use it

5 diamonds for enchant table + diamond pickaxe, then enchant the pickaxe with fortune before getting any more

fortune is not a guarantee especially in early-mid game so I mine every diamond I see
