Depends on what fraction you perceived as biased. Based on probability science, it's completely possible to get a infinite number of 6's in a row with an unbiased dice, but it's super unlikely. If you consider 1/200 your limit for bias, 3 rolls is your max.
#9 and Japanese as well. 4 = しん, or よん, the former sharing the shi sound (し), which is used in しんでる, meaning death.
