Is everyone being dense today? The majority of the american population can afford to spend 4 dollars a month on a hobby. That's no generalisation, that is a FACT.
I had a friend, actually two friends at once, tell me that the average Canadian citizen could not afford a pack of cigarettes every 2-3 days and still eat food/live in some form of shelter.
