Computer Analysis of Your Games!

I did not sleep last night because of learning a new opening and playing a game with one of ChessMaster's avatars. I wanted another analysis of my game;therefore, I attempted to upload my games to the section called, "Computer Analysis of Your Games." It stated that it is only for premium memberships. However, I purchased the highest memberhsip available "diamond", but it does not allow me to analyze my games. I also clicked on upgrade button called "premium", but it stated that I already purchased it. Has anyone else attempted to use it but could not? Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hey Lee,

To analyze a game, go to your completed games archive and view it.  Then click on the option for computer analysis.  You'll get a message in your inbox in 1-2 days when it's complete.

You can only analyze games played on the site though.  You'll have to complete some games first.

Hi Mirage,

I appreciate the feedback. I guess it makes sense that only games played online can be analyzed. In any case, I need to start playing online in order to get better.
