Mobile Chess

I downloaded the app to my Blackberry but have been unable to use it.  I'm assuming I've done something wrong but I figured I check with the Chess.com universe:

1.  All my screen shows is the name of the person, the number of days left to move, menu, and refresh.

There's no chessboard and no way to make the moves.

which version of blackberry? give more details please!

 Storm.  Your tech guys linked me to a message string that got me past this point, but I still can't figure out how to submit the move.  Would much prefer a dedicated app for Blackberry users.

Have you tried scrolling to one of your games and pressing the trackball to select it. When I do that on my Blackberry 8800 the board comes up and you can then make your move.

No, it's not a silly question.  I have the touchscreen Storm.  I did get the answer though, I have to unhide the keyboard and the cursor is represented by DF= Left, JK= Right, TY= up, JK= right, and the spacebar = select, the QW key = submit.  So, until they create a full-featured app for the Blackberry like they're doing for the iPhone, it'll have to do.  Thanks much for the suggestion.

Thanks a lot.  I have the same problem with my Storm so this is a big help.  Now we shall see if we can get enough users together to have the staff correct the app.  

Yes please, let's start a movement to have them correct this app for the Blackberry Storm II.
