I can't understand why we have to wait 2 YEARS for this. And the worst thing is that they still promise you the game explorer feature for premium member. I really need that to exploit my errors in the opening.

Well, it's always worked OK for me. I can see games for all 3 posters just above this.
That's because I don't play live chess 
Too many eejits play there.

Here's a brief rundown:
Master games are a little out of date, and I'll be correcting that soon with newer games.
Echess has always had all games imported into Explorer, if they meet certain criteria like having a minimum number of moves, etc.
There are many more Live Chess games, finishing more quickly, and so last year we needed to build new technology that would import these games (and the billion archived games!) without overwhelming the servers. When we turned it on earlier this year, almost all games were imported fine, but a small number caused very big problems, corrupting the data for everyone. We were able to correct the data quickly, but for over a month we tried to find the source of the problems and could not. Eventually we decided to solve it (much more easily) in the new v3 code.
But just last week we had a break-through, and we now know what the problem is, and I personally will be updating the code within a week or two to begin importing new games. Once that proves itself, we will also begin importing all of the Live Chess games that have already finished. Since there are so many, we will be begin the processing with recent games from premium members and people who are active on the site. We hope to get all games for 90% of active members in November.

My rapid games are not showing. I've played 39 in total and only 30 are showing in the full stats.
Same problem for me. Two years ago it was written by a staff member that this would be fixed in a couple of weeks. Well, that is over 100 weeks ago and still nothing?
