Noobie to chess.com so apologies if this has been answered elsewhere - I offered a draw to opponent so I have a pending offer on my board - however what does opponent see on his side - is it obvious or is it easy to miss?  I ask because he doesnt seem to responding in usual timescale - so either he is having a good hard think or doesnt realise.  thx

Draw offers are VERY easy to miss.

Although an ACCEPT DRAW button is displayed, if someone moves quickly, they may not have time to see it.

If they have a Conditional Move set up, they won't even receive an alert to look at the board.

The ACCEPT DRAW button doesn't leap out at you in any case, so is easily overlooked.

An approach I use is to highlight the draw offer (before I make it) by saying: 'This looks drawish to me' in the chat box.
