technical help??

I upgraded to Premium (or is it Gold?) yesterday, and now i'm having all sorts of problems with the settings. The boards also too small, it's 'sticky', and it freezes mid-game.

Is there a technical help section I can speak to about this?

Try using firefox or chrome, and clean your browser's cache. Make sure your java is up to date. You can change your board size settings by clicking "settings" in the green menu bar at the top of the live chess page.

Thanks Philidor, I'll try your suggestions about swapping browsers etc.

I've already tried changing the settings though, but it's not saving the chages. I've got a board about the size of a postage stamp!

That's strange. Try chrome, and see if there's any change.

Maybe you have adjusted your browser's viewing size by mistake. While your browser is open, hit ctrl + roll the mouse wheel at the same time to readjust your zoom setting, if that's the one causing the problem.
