I doubt that someone would turn themself in, it normally doesn't work like that.

You wouldn't want to have someone go onto your account; It's very uncomfortable and rude, and you should have to have him get off, or change your password, and to be on the safe side, your username possibly. He can mean to lose games for you, trash talk people, and mess things up for you, or even badly, close down your account.
