Watching IM/GM Games

So yesterday I made an account with ICC to see what they offer, and even though I hated their website, their layout, and the gameplay feature, I saw two things that were really good in my opinion.

The first, I thought it was amazing to be able to get an announcement for IM and GM games so that the community can observe the gameplay.

Secondly, I also thought that their stand-alone installer.exe is a cool way to play games without having to get on the website and whatnot.

I think Chess.com could grow and expand with these two potential suggestions.

Watching live games in progress has always been a feature of ICC, and also of www.playchess.com, which is owned by Chessbase and therefore costs a bundle unless you get it free by buying CB10 or Fritz 12. I hope that chess.com will add this feature too.

Thanks for the suggestions! Please be sure to add this to the Suggestions forum at http://www.chess.com/forum/category/suggestions

Silman and Nunn make game analysis look so easy, but when I try to analyze a game from strong players, I can't absorb anything. Like a solar panel in the snow. On Greenland.

Quite entertaining & sometimes even instructive

I agree that ICC downloadable programs make it really great since a lot of them are open source and what not, but when it comes to skating off on the job you can't beat the browser experience! XD
