I am not aiming for becoming World Champion but I am going for being titled chess player.
Even I am already adult, I believe I can do it. So I believe you! I believ you can become World Champion if you really want to and work for it!

Hmm... Probably not. World champion is EXTREMELY difficult to achieve and will take a TON of effort to get to, so you will most likely not become one. However, if you train a lot, and with intent on growing, I do believe you can become a master, possibly even GM.
