Can someone show me how to create this PGN style aid plz?

(Scroll down - See example Nimzo -larsen opening with choices)

Like this? Just use the editor which looks like a chessboard. It is visible when you you use the browser version .

In the sample i  posted one can see all the move options at e.g. move 4.  We can do this?
