Chess kid isnt efficient. For anyone who actually has passion to do well in chess as a child (like me) then play the real way with bigger competitions. Chess is a game where kids can definitely beat adults. I’m 14 and wouldn’t use it anyway but that’s just my opinion. It IS a great starter source but for the most learning experience, just come here. Parental consent is always recommended of course. And y’all, don’t go talking about “the newer generations are ruining this site and chess in the process.” We’ve made it fun again by establishing it on Twitch and making it more approachable of a game for young people. If I hadn’t seen it on Twitch I wouldn’t be so passionate about it, trust me. Stop bashing kids who are having fun with CHESS making it more publicly available instead of playing video games all day.

Most kids don't know about chess.com forums they usually don't go that deep into the site and just play chess but I am now 10 and I know about chess.com forums, clubs and more

Also I think there is a safe mode that disables chat and posting in forums/clubs for your account, didn't exist back in 2008 though
