Practice a lot of tactics.... Believe me!! I shoot up 1900 almost just with tactics and 15 min games. No blitz....no good. After you finish your 15min game, or better longer time control ( I haven't got much time )play it again and see where you could of done better, without engines. Right down thoughts. Switch on engine and analysis with it and than compare. Sorry bla bla bla... I will go on forever !! Ihope it helps.
