Super GMs were prodigies and great at chess, no 1200 can improve that much

Ok, let's say it is a subject 

How would tests, projects, homework, etc. Work?

Not everybody wants to be a chess player, some couldn't care less about chess

Making them play it would only hurt chess

i learnt for 3 year and am higher rated than you
