A way to give trolls less attention?

Unfortunately, there are many trolls on chess.com, like "Baby" in the Off-Topic Forums. He gets attention because people make many Forums about them so he can 'bump' them and gets much attention. I know, the answer is "Just press the report button" but what about a kind of, new rule? If making posts like "BABY IS BACK" or "THE BABY RETURNED" arent there, then he wont 'bump' them and wont get more attention. Mods could lock all the Baby-themed Forums and then say that it's not allowed to make Forums about a troll's return or any troll/baby-themed Forum. It's just an idea, this wont happen anyways, but do you guys agree?

Why does it bother you?
Locking such forums doesn't discourage them.
All you are doing is giving them more attention.

It bothers to see them swearing in 100 forums titled about Baby at the same time.

i wish i saw an example of 'baby' to understand. only found a political debate thread there atm which isnt funny but i'm curious of baby.

one thing that ive been having issue with is there's a guy who we cannot figure out if he's trolling or not. he's been spreading misinformation on a certain chess topic for years, but his arguments are so illogical that many think he's trolling, but his persistence with his fallacies lends others to believe that hes just genuinely stupid.
some of his more famous arguments:
a) he claims that a mathematical proof is defined by merriam webster dictionary as "the cogency of evidence that compels acceptance by the mind of a truth or a fact"
b) he claimed that a lack of apparent counter example is proof
c) google and wikipedia are wrong
we can't just simply report the guy as trolling as we dont know if he's genuine or not, but he's still out here spreading misinformation almost every day, and the handful of us that are camping the threads making sure that people dont believe what he's spreading are getting tired.
