abandonment of games

so i suppose the site has improved slightly regarding players abandoning games. we are now able to report players. but what is never understood by the reporting player is what action is taken against the offender. im sure you have some arcane justification for this but frankly it can not rationally be justified. the report is a charge being made about the behavior of another player and since every game played on this site is impeccably recorded the veracity of the charge can be verified in every case. you suggest in the e-mails you send me that there is a range of punitive action that may be taken but you never specifically site what action has been taken in any particular report. imagine if our courts operated this way, no transparency, the public never knowing the fate of those charged and judged. i doubt you would find that to be acceptable and yet that is exactly what you do 100% of the time. administration is challenging. i would love to see you live up to that challenge. thank you, david strauss ie. renderedspeechless.
