"Add Optional Move Confirmation to ALL Sections (Puzzles, Bots, Lessons)

Hi Chess.com team,

I’d love to see an optional "Require Move Confirmation" setting added across all areas of the site — not just in live games or daily correspondence. This feature would be incredibly helpful in bot matches, puzzles, drills, and lessons too.

It's all too easy to misclick or accidentally drag a piece, especially when trying to learn. For example, while doing puzzles or playing bots, one wrong click ends the entire sequence — not because of a miscalculation, but because of a finger slip. That can be frustrating and counterproductive to the learning process.

This feature could be toggled in settings, so users who prefer fast, one-click play still have that option.

I've had the same frustration in puzzles and bot matches — one accidental drag or click and boom, the whole sequence is blown. It’s especially annoying when you know the right move but your mouse (or finger) betrays you.

Making it optional in settings, just like the current "Move Confirmation" in live games, sounds like the perfect compromise. Those who want fast one-click play keep it, and the rest of us get a safety net while learning.

Really hope Chess.com takes this into consideration — it’s a small change that could make a big difference across all parts of the site.

As someone who seems like they don't do too badly at lessons and puzzles I could imagine you have been frustrated by the same thing! But seriously, amazing achievement on your global ranking for both.
