Annoying beep sound

I am using the android app and I am pretty annoyed with the beep sound after each move I make in daily chess games. How can I turn it off other than turn off the mobile phones sound off entirely?
I don't know about Android, but on the iOS app, it's an annoying frog croaking "ribbit" sound when an opponent moves.

The iOS app has a new general setting: haptic feedback. That might be the cause of the move sound you noticed.

Turn off "move" sound for chess.com app on Android:
1. From the home screen, tap the "More" menu icon (3 horizontal bars at bottom right)
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom, and tap "Settings"
3. Tap the "Game" icon (about 4th down)
4. Uncheck the "Sounds" icon (about 5th one down)
That stopped the clicking sound for me.
I, too, found the sound annoying, especially when playing at work. : )
