Anticheating system

I have a question for you. I played 2 games against a player. He was clearly cheating, i was 100% sure. To a human player with dome experience it is easy to recognize it. So i tried to play a third game but i started to check moves with engine, to defend myself. I losed anyway because his engine was better. This is the third game user_429159479 vs [removed]
This game is very useful, because it proves with 100% confidence he is cheating (if he weren't he wouldn't be able to win with me helped by engine too). But the problem here is another. This player is registered since August 2023. So he cheated probable for more then 1 year. But you never banned him. Instead in the past you banned me. I never cheated, except the case, like this one, when i'm 100% sure my opponent is cheating too. But of course this is not cheating, this is just defending myself, or trying to do it. So you banned me, but you are not banning this guy, and lots of guys like this. This is not the first cheater not banned i found. I found lots of chesters. I found even certified players doing it. So the point is: why? Maybe if someone is buying your subscription you let him cheat? I mean, I know it is impossible to find cheaters with 100% confidence. Even using artificial intelligence and machine learning you would lose someone. But this is not the point. The point is that you banned me. And I never cheated, except those cases. So there is something wrong with you and your website, but probable with online chess. I Made an online exam month ago. Да ладно уже, хохлик, все давно знают что чесс.ком - гнусный читерятник.
И главное, у них тут постоянная “игровая готовность” - то есть кем бы ты ни был, в какое время суток и в какую игру - вуаля, за пару секунд находится соперник, вернее рождается адаптивный бот, который с вероятностью 100% тебя разобьёт (особенно если ты больше трёх раз подряд до этого выиграл). Да-да, якобы соперник с мусорным рейтингом 950 (который считается хуже новичка, то есть по сути ходы недавно только выучил), и он показывает ноль зевков и ноль упущенных возможностей и перфоманс более 1800. Это как так???
Поэтому ставь Личесс (появилось наконец приложение на Айфон) и играй шахматы Фишера. В них читерить сразу заметно (при старте не пишет номер позиции и читер будет тратить время на расстановку фигур на второй доске с подключенным компьютером).
