Are mobile and pc players put in the same pool?

I just played a game on my phone where the opponent clearly premoved many moves in advance and on mobile it’s impossible to do that. So what gives? Are pc players just allowed better mechanics? Or do they separate the pools?

Did you change the settings to allow premove... its on the setting button on top of the games

Mobile players and full computers are in the same pools.
