at home scrolling down too far will cause teleporting

so essentialy go to the home screen scroll down alot and it'll teleport the page for whatever reason(sorry i don't have a picture for this)

I've noticed this a long time ago for scrolling through private messages on chess.com too. I think it is a loading issue when the content is too long and then the screen "resets" at an invisible checkpoint in the scrolling. 

p.s. I'm not a computer person or a coder, so I don't really know the exact reasoning behind it.

When I open any page on chess.com I teleport to the end of the page every time and I need to scroll up everytime which is kind of anoying.
Does anybody know how to fix it?
Edit: Even while writing this I got teleported lol

you mean this has been here for almost 2 years and they haven't fixed it.
