Autobots muting people for no reason, and not reading the context

Just today I was muted by an autobot for writing cra*. I have no idea why, even though I know thats a bad word, it was a forum for 'what counts as foul language'. Not only that, I heard of many people being muted randomly. Could someone from staff please a) unmute all innocent people b) maybe try to go back to normal staff muting so they can see the context c) reverse a lot of updates. Many people are mad at many new updates, such as the autobot one and the new home page. Thank you for reading my concern

How long were you muted for?

As has been explained many times, chess.com would need an army of full time 24/7 moderators to keep up with the tens of thousands of people playing here at any given time.

Many other sites require pre-approval of posts. Is that better?

The new home page can be arranged however you want. Did you try the home page settings?
