Both clocks stopped

Playing on mobile (iPhone) both clocks keep stopping. When I offer a draw they sometimes restart, but often my time is greatly reduced. This is quite frustrating.
I have lost quite a few matches due to the same issue. clock stops and it times out

Yes, I have the same issue. I tried to reinstall the app, same problem. You can restart the app and it solves the problem, but you will lose 30 seconds. Very frustrating, probably going to switch apps.

Same here (iOS, 2 different devices, using different internet sources which are very stable btw)...so annoying.. please test the app before your release it after pushing an update. Please release a fix, as it’s impossible to play on app - every game clocks just stop, and re-opening of app is required
This is a problem for me too. This is a game-breaking bug that must be fixed.
Same here! iPhone too. Ruining the app I’m afraid! Needs sorting. Is there a support thing we can report a bug too?
