i was totally cool with a late reply (been that way in the past). Now we have a list of questions that meet a dead end. none of the suggestions answered my question. I had this as diamond member for like over 3 years. if i can't get an option to ask a simple question i feel is not existent in bot suggestions then being on this platform is pointless. for $100 a month no way im throwing my money at a well of "who cares". my qustion was chess related but the greater issue to me is the dead end and non existent option to send a message in.
For regular Chess related questions, shorter ones are likely best buy depending on exactly what you were asking, there may not be any answers.
If there's something you require staff assistance with, the asking a more specific quest and trying something like contact an agent if the tool doesn't offer to escalate to a support member may help.
