Bug on Insight Report

As shown in the image bellow the result contains games not in the selected date range.

I've tried registering a bug through the help menu but I never get a response back, not even a confirmation email saying the bug has been registered.

It's likely a timezone related thing but you won't get any response to a bug report unless staff need additional information.

That's funny because chess.com owns Chessable and their staff is eager to help you be it a bug report, suggestions, anything really. I've contacted Chessable support many times and always got a response and a solution. Here is almos impossible to pass through the robot wall.

If you used the Let us know about a bug option

and clicked the Report a Bug button

then you completed the submission process, then staff got it. However, there are too many tickets submitted to respond to each one so you'll only get contacted if note information is needed. Occasionally, if it's not actually a bug but working as expected, you might get a message about that

Hi Martin,

We should at least get an automated message saying they received the bug report and explaining how it will follow up. That's what I get from every company/system when I contact the support. The way chess.com handles it feels like your message went to a void and nothing will ever happen.
